Tech as a service – additional support if you need it
The COVID-19 crisis lockdown has resulted in many integrators having to furlough their technical staff.
The result is concern that they can no longer offer a full technical support service to their customers as they would normally be able to do, especially those with whom they have Service Level Agreements. To support our customers who find themselves in this situation, we have created a remote helpdesk service. The support we can offer covers a wide range of products provided by AVM and our parent company Northamber Group.
