Terms and Conditions for the 'Golden Ticket' Campaign

Eligibility:

The 'Golden Ticket' campaign (hereafter referred to as "the Campaign") is open to all partners of Audio Visual Material (AVM) who purchase ScreenInt products during the promotional period from 11th December 2024 to 29th August 2025.

Employees of AVM and their immediate family members, as well as employees of ScreenInt and its affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Campaign Period:

The Campaign will commence on 11th December 2024 and will conclude on 29th August 2025 at 17:30 GMT.

Prize Details:

All eligible entries received during the promotional period that meet the target will win a Golden Ticket package.

The prize consists of a luxury trip to attend Gitex 2025 in Dubai, including 2x round-trip flights, 2x event tickets, and accommodation for 2.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Entry Requirements:

To enter the Campaign, partners must make eligible purchases of ScreenInt products from AVM during the promotional period.

The following criterion applies:

Spend £100k on ScreenInt products during the promotion to earn a Golden Ticket to Gitex 2025.

A partner can accumulate a maximum of 4 Golden Ticket packages by meeting the spending target up to four times.

Winner Notification:

Golden Ticket recipients will be determined based on sales and notified within 7 days of the campaign conclusion.

Winners will be notified via email or phone.

Publicity:

By participating in the Campaign, winners agree to take part in promotional activities related to the Campaign, including, but not limited to, the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will be handled in accordance with AVM’s Privacy Policy.

AVM reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The decision of AVM regarding any aspect of the Campaign is final and binding.
