Bend over backwards to help their customers ...

What makes AVM different to other distributors?  They truly offer a personal service and bend over backwards to help their customers.  
A recent dilemma with a customer demanding a new projector for one that they believed to be faulty, although our testing showed no fault, was resolved by AVM.  They not only persuaded the manufacturer to agree to provide a replacement at half price, but absorbed the other half of the cost themselves.  This meant we could replace our customer’s projector, keeping them happy, without losing out financially.
I think it is safe to say that the support that we have had from AVM and their technical team is second to none.
